The Scottish FA will host a special football tournament next month as the 2015 Multicultural Football Festival takes place at Lesser Hampden in Glasgow.
Designed to celebrate Scotland diverse communities through football, community and drink, the festival is organised in partnership with BEMIS - a support organisation for the black and ethnic minority voluntary sector in Scotland.
The 7-a-side tournament takes place on 17 October at 12.30pm.
A statement on the ScottishFA.co.uk said: "The Scottish Football Association is committed to ensuring that football in Scotland is open to all and that barriers, real and perceived, are removed particularly in relation to under-represented groups.
"This will ensure participation, fairness, and equality are promoted across our national game.
"Although it is integrated into everything we do as an association via our Equity Action Plan, thanks to the Scottish Government’s CashBack for Communities fund and with the expertise and backing of our strategic partners BEMIS Scotland, we have been able to develop a bespoke project with dedicated
